 Before you join our membership you have to read our
terms and agree, then you will be taken to the page to join.

"Membership is granted upon the agreement of ALL of the terms of
use stated. Any individual who is found to be in violation of
said terms is subject to IMMEDIATE removal from membership, and
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!"

You will need to keep your information up to date with us to be
able to keep your membership current at all times, as we may at
times change the passwords at our discretion.
This includes email, site names, and urls.

  There is no need to link back to our site, our tubes are royalty free
With A Paid Membership Only. But a link is appreciated :)

***Refuse Service**
We have the right to Refuse Service to anyone who has not followed
our terms. If we know who you are, background stealing images etc..
and we know that you have gone against our copyright and signed up
for membership anyways $3.00 will be deducted from the amount
you paid to cover processing fees and the rest of your money will be
refunded within 48 hours.

If we find out who you are after 5 days of your sign up you forfeit
the right to a full refund and you will be removed from membership.
So Be Sure Before You Sign Up You Have Not Violated Any Of Our Terms !

***Account Sharing Violation**
You may not share your login information with anyone, our software that we
use logs IP addresses and will block anyone sharing their information from
logging back in, these graphics are our business and sharing amounts to the same as theft.

The supplies that are needed to make poser tubes are very expensive and that is money out of our
pocket if our tubes are just given away or stolen that is why we have our terms the way that they are.

  If you have purchased our "Exclusive" Growing Gift Code a
requirement to be able to use it is to display where you got it

BANDWIDTH

Please do not steal bandwidth from Ultimate Fantasy Designs
by saving all images to your own hard drive, you will be
provided a zip file of our products.

For Tubes on our site, all we ask is that you do not offer them as they are for download on your site.
You can use them for sig tags, web sets and using them to add to another graphic
to make your own then offer for download.
You can make graphics from them for commercial use as well.
You can use them to make cards and wrappers or labels as well,
But they are NOT to be offered to others from your site as is, this
will constitute your membership to be revoked with no refund.

Tubes are not allowed to be sold as is on Ebay or placed on a CD as is
for resell or offered from your site as is, Free Or with Paid Membership.
If you are using our Freebie Tubes you MUST link back to our site.
Now we understand that certaind groups like MSN, etc., will not infact let you link back but you can put

Freebie tubes are a linkware! If you are not linking back
to our site when using our Free Tubes you will be asked to remove the tubes
or show some sort of copyright or link back to our site.
